Steve’s public accounting experience includes working in the tax department of a “Big Five” accounting firm as well as an auditor at a regional accounting firm.  Over the course of his career, he has held roles at the Accounting Manager, Controller, CFO, and Vice President level.

Steve is most proud of his military background. During his nine years of service to his country as an Air Force Officer he reached the rank of Captain and held the position of Comptroller. Steve founded this firm on similar core values he followed while serving; he has a strong belief in ethical standards and respect for those the firm serves.

Steve holds a CPA license from the state of Texas. His education includes a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management (MBA) from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of West Florida where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Steve is also a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.

Bill’s public accounting experience includes working in the tax department McKinnon, Wootton & Associates in North Texas. Bill also served as the Accounting Manager of a Dallas based IT company.

Bill is currently working towards a CPA license from the state of Texas; he has passed a section and is currently testing in the other three areas.

His education includes a Master of Accountancy in Auditing (MAcc) as well as a Master of Science in Taxation (MTax) from the University of North Texas. Bill is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.

While not working, Bill enjoys cooking, reading, a round of golf, and spending time with his wife and son.

Sue has over twenty years of bookkeeping experience. Sue has held the roles of Accounting Manager, Office Manager, and bookkeeper throughout her career.

Sue is currently testing to become a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®. She is also working on her Certified Bookkeeper designation through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

Clint currently teaches at a local college as an adjunct professor of Accountancy.

Clint has twenty years of accounting and finance experience. He has held positions as CFO and Controller over his career. Clint has extensive experience in construction having worked in top accounting positions of construction companies. His public accounting experience includes working with Gregg T. Kirk, P.C. & Associates in Dallas.

Clint holds a CPA license from the state of Texas. His education includes a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Texas at Dallas. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. Clint is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.
